Site: farmhouse built in 1636, a restaurant since 2005. Period dining room with 32 places and a small wine cellar for aperitifs. Take-away sales of the owner’s produce.

Open: from 5 pm until 11 pm Thursdays, Fridays, and Saturdays, and from 11 am until 11 pm on Sundays. Closed on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Wednesdays. Access: the A9 cantonal road, exit Leuk, follow Leukerbad until the turn-off for Albinen. The restaurant is next to the church. 15 mins from the A9.
