The restaurant

A mountain inn in the heart of the glacier in the Val Ferret. A 150-seat valaisian restaurant with a big terrace and 55 beds. 

Valais gourmet food Winked

Raclette from the alpine pastures. Cheese fondues and croûtes. Valaisian roesti. Meats from the valley and Hérens tartare. During the season : asparagus, brisolée, game, mushrooms, sérac (curd cheese). Homemade dessert.
