Spécialités: Asparagus, Valaisanne plate

Site: pleasant restaurant at the hot baths of Saillon. Exotic ambiance in the winter garden. Terrace beside the pool, jacuzzis. Rooms, shops, and wellness centre.

Valaisian cuisine: cuisine with market produce, adapted to the seasons. Hérens beef caaserole made with Humagne red wine. Pork steak with melted alpine cheese topping. Fillet of trout from Salquenin poached in Muscat wine from Saillon. Beef carpaccio (thin slices of raw meat) Valaisian style. Rebibes (wafer-thin slivers of hard cheese) and other cheeses refined by Claude Luisier. In season: asparagus from Saillon, stewed “Florentine” rhubarb, fresh strawberries. Exclusively Valaisian wines, 90%of which are from local wineries.
