Spécialités: Valaisanne plate, Fondue, Raclette

Site: traditional Valaisian chalet with bistro, restaurant, large carnotzet and terrace with a panoramic view due south.

Valaisian cuisine: the “Specialists of Valaisian specialities”, Florence and Christian are well-known for their famous raclette from the alpine pasture of Loutze, 7 sorts of cheese fondue and croûtes with a choice of 6 types of topping. Valaisian platters. Soups in winter. Salads in summer. Sorbets with abricotine and william (apricot and pear brandies). A fine selection of wines from the region, with a description of each variety of grape. Interesting detail: the Valaisian menu is also presented in the local dialect.
