A rustic restaurant (decorated with fir beams), exploted by authentics farmers. A 65-seat brasserie, a 30-seat room and a 40-seat terrace with view on Vièze river.

Fondues from the alpine pastures. Valaisian croûtes and roestis. Platter of cheese. Hérens meats served on a slate platter. Trout fillets of Vièze. Summer: Salad with melted cheese. Raspberry millefeuille. Juices and syrup of Valais.
