Site: a mountain hotel-restaurant in the centre of the village, near the road leading to the Grand-Saint-Bernard. Family restaurant with Valaisian bar, terrace, 7 renovated rooms.
Valaisian cuisine: regional produce and vegetables from the garden. Appetizer platter and Valaisian platter with salaisons (salt-cured meats) prepared by the landlord. Bagnard fondue, cheese croûtes, Raclette du Valais AOC (minimum 4 persons). Subject to availability : Hérens beef, pork from the alpine pastures, lamb from the region. In season: game from the region. Home-made bread and jams made by the landlady. Grapes with Chasselas or Muscat wine, home-made coulis (fruit purée), rhubarb, fruit tartlets. Wine by the glass. Apple juice.

Open: 7 am until 11 pm. Fridays and Saturdays from 7am until midnight. Closed on Thursdays. Annual holidays from June 30th to July 18th and from the 5th to 18th of December.
