Composition: white genépi, an alpine plant characteristic of Valais, is grown in the region using organic or integrated production.

Appearance, taste/flavour: genépi liqueur has the strong flavour of the plant, a discreet bitterness and a round bouquet.

To enjoy: genépi liqueur is an excellent after-dinner drink

Seasonality: available year round

Suggested serving temperature: 10 to 15° C.

Conditions and length of preservation: indeterminate, should be stored in a dry place, away from the light.
